We make every effort to ship your items within 2-3 business days after your order is placed. Depending on the designer/manufacturer your item is ordered from, it could take anywhere between 5-15 business days to be delivered. Please refer to the product's description for it's estimated ship time. Heavier and oversized items may incur additional costs. Delivery times are estimated.
DELIVERY AND CHARGES:
ShoptheWag.com ships via USPS and UPS, but not limited to FedEx and other delivery services for delivery of your items. Due to orders being fulfilled from different designers and warehouses, items may be shipped by any one of those delivery services. A selection of our items are shipped from several resources; thus your items may be shipped separately from each other. Once an order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation and you can then track your order.
You can expect most packages to be delivered to their destination within 5-15 business days from the ship date. Please remember that certain larger or customized items can take up to 8 weeks.

We ship to all 50 US states and Canada. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO addresses, or Fleet Post offices.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
At this time, we only sell and ship items to U.S. delivery addresses in the 50 states and Canada only. Shipping may be subject to other geographic restrictions that apply to particular products
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY:
Occasionally, we make take your order and consequently discover that the item is not available for shipping. In such cases, we will notify you via email of the status and do our utmost to fulfill the order as soon as possible. Product availability is subject to change without notice. We do our best to correct errors when discovered, and we reserve the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions (including after an order has been submitted).
NON-DELIVERABLE, REFUSED or UNCLAIMED ORDERS:
If an order is returned, refused or unclaimed by the customer due to customer refusal, negligence, absence or customer providing incorrect shipping information, we will attempt to contact you via email and/or telephone to resolve the order. If no response is received, the customer will be charged the appropriate shipping charges and a 50% restocking fee. Please make sure that the shipping information on your order is correct and that someone will be available to receive you package. All orders that require re-shipping at the request of the customer, whether returned, refused, unclaimed or undeliverable packages, will require an additional re-shipping charge.
LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES:
We do our best to ensure timely and accurate delivery. Most packages reach their destination promptly and without incident. Sometimes a package is lost, damaged, or stolen in transit. We are not responsible for packages lost, damaged, or stolen in transit. Please contact the carrier to file a claim.
